Training Camps
Jennifer understands the importance of making a positive impact beyond the
basketball court. Through her programs she will assist you in developing the
necessary skills to live a centered and balanced life.
Jennifer and her staff at Azzi Training
value the uniqueness of each person. Their training programs are structured
such that each participant can reach his or her own individual goals. They
advocate long term health through motivation, and group support.
Jennifer believes change comes from the inside out. Azzi Training focuses on
total health and wellness. A balance of mental, emotional, social, and
spiritual are the keys to long-term success. A healthy lifestyle begins with
the total person, not just the physical self.
Azzi Training programs include kids camps, adult fitness programs, and Wellness
Days.
Kids camps are designed to
promote health, wellness, and life skills, as well as improving their
athletic ability. The goal of the kids programs is to help children understand
the value of health and fitness.
Adult programs include five
week training camps. The camps are filled with energy unlike any other
fitness program. Group support is the key to the success of each individual
participant.
Wellness Days inspire people
to make life changes. The theme of the day is "Courage to Change." The
motivational speakers address a variety of topics to assist in simplifying the
complex stresses of our world. The curriculum consists of fitness, nutrition,
life changes, financial wellness, social interaction, and positive self-image.
The Wellness Day is packed with activities for both the body and the
mind.
